Mobileyes Foundation volunteers travel to charitable organizations throughout New York City to enable free onsite medical eye examinations and vision screening tests for New Yorkers who would not otherwise have access to such care.

Using portable medical equipment, the Mobileyes Foundation team of licensed Doctors of Optometry, Opticians and Optometric Technicians sets up a temporary, onsite clinic where they are able to evaluate patients' overall ocular health and vision needs, and check for a host of medical eye conditions and general health problems.

The Mobileyes Foundation team of Opticians provides free prescription eyeglasses for patients with vision needs. The Mobileyes Foundation team of Optometrists provides free prescription eye drops and referral services for patients with specific conditions.

Once a relationship with a charitable organization has been established, the Mobileyes Foundation team will visit quarterly to establish relationships with new patients, and follow up with existing patients as needed.

Through these efforts, the Mobileyes Foundation helps to significantly reduce instances of preventable blindness and visual impairment, and is able to help diagnose specific health problems through early detection.
