TO DONATE GLASSES

Give your old glasses a new life! If you're like most people, you're bound to have used eyeglasses and sunglasses (prescription or nonprescription) that you no longer wear collecting dust in your drawers or closets. By donating your old glasses, those in need will experience corrected vision for the first time enabling them to read, learn in school, gain and maintain employment and care for themselves and their families.

GUIDELINES FOR DONATING EYEGLASSES:

• Please donate plastic or metal frames, prescription or non prescription eyeglasses or sunglasses of any size, shape or style children's glasses are especially needed, as are used eyeglass cases
• Please remove loose and broken lenses or damaged lenses before sending
• Pack eyeglasses in a sturdy box, surrounding the frames in layers of tissue paper or other recyclable material to help preserve frames during shipping
• Be sure mailing and return address is legible and don't forget to include your donation form
